The temptation to pass on bogus costs and skim is great and limited partner most always has bad results.Such as: cash calls, lawsuits, errors, hiring family and they are vastly overpaid, tax audits to name a few.

Hint: look for a solar architect, who acts as an adviser and works for you and audits the installer project proposal.Many states/utilities are no longer allowing net metering (kWh for kWh) and use instead all kinds of payback schemes (e.g. if you over-produce, they will gladly take your kWh for 3 cents and graciously allow you to take it back at night for 22cents - end result being, if your system is not properly sized, you will be producing energy for the utility and never recover the costs of the installation).

I have CPAs for tax questions and taking care of the LLC returns, as well as for any "random" state audits of the LLC (which do happen - they claim they are random, but they are looking for LLCs not paying state unemployment taxes).That's all I have needed for over a decade of being a part of multiple different business ventures.
