It is nice to believe that Bezos has some moral compass that transcends the almighty dollar, but I really doubt it.

I think making sure the sponsor is moral, ethical and honest is very important, but you also want to be sure they are operating a business properly and not just winging it. 

Now you could always lock-step your admin fee to the interest rate if you aren't capped by law, but again that's a moral issue separate to the foundation we are building here.Regards,Jay

I didn't write the laws  - I am just playing by their rules as they exist.I am not legally or even morally obligated to pay the city a single dime and have told them so ever since they started this fight.

People that are strung out will have no sense of moral direction if they feel threatened in anyway shape or form.

Fair housing laws are for protecting people against racism, sexism, ageism, religionism, genderism, disabilityism and any other "ism" that is morally wrong and common criteria for bigotry.....NOTHING, John has said implies or suggest violating any of those protected classes, or any fair housing laws....so if you feel "creepy" vibe, it's probably your problem and your better off keeping it to yourself!
