I say this because at one point I was that realtor. 2 years ago I linked up with an investor in my local area and because he was my ONLY client I catered to him in every fashion of the game.

:@Levi T.Not responding to a member of a protected class due to membership in such class is discrimination.There is not a single case, successful or otherwise, where someone has claimed discrimination and won, based on someone failing to get back to them in a timely fashion, or not at all. 

If not, most folk superstitions agree that a good old fashioned sage burning is useful for cleansing a home of unwanted spirits.

I have dealt with this in some fashion for over 20 years. 

It appears they do not want you to enter because they are violating the terms of their lease in some fashion.

I'm an out-of-state investor so using property management in some fashion is a must. 

Once I find what I'm looking for I'm going the old fashioned way and knocking on doors, and leaving flyers if no one wants to talk to me.

I personally wouldn't ever make my guest bing their own coffee....there is a reason the hotel industry has 2 cups ready to go every morning for every guest for free in their room, and at this point, every guests pretty much expects free coffee in some fashion during a hospitality stay.

There's no substitute for hard work and old-fashion talking to people and hustling.
