Inspections will only uncover so much, look for red flags.

@Kimberly Smith This deal was doomed from inception...not a good use of the BRRRR strategy....the math never worked and the acquisition strategy was flawed.

I think your  approach to this business is flawed. 

Your answer to that question is your answer to the question of whether or not to buy in a warzone--however you define it.I'm sorry but i find this logic flawed.

If there is something that the appraisal will uncover then you might lose your EMD. 

Yeah, it's that big a leap in learning capability. ai is not linear, I think that's the source of flawed or limited thinking in ai's potential. ai is exponentially compounding in it's learning and comprehension.

Also, being disinterested in RE shouldn't be viewed as a problem, or character flaw (if it is, you'll start seeing a lot of people as pretty flawed--which isn't an enjoyable way to go through life).
