We live in a society that does value work.

There are very few people who cannot contribute in some way to society.

It’s a shame we are such a litigious society these days.

This is our society and the American litigious culture. 

All these tech invention is also gonna create even further push to society, one that can adapt to technology , one that can't adapt to the new changes would just end up with regular admin job which bring them nowhere.4.

The home values and perceptive of the real estate changed very quickly during that period.By 2020 I was already convinced that the property values are too high and I was not willing to pay 100K+ for a investment property.

If their generalized impression of this community is formulated from watching the Wire or American Me, they will never be able to have an accurate perception of the asset the own.

I am fine with productive discourse but when it is arguments from theory, 2nd/3rd hand knowledge it's just.... well it's a waste of my time to be honest, I can not help someone with their perception of instruction on something they have never experienced, especially something as variable and "wild west" as terms deals, as I have said the whole segment of the terms.... dream it up and that could be it the only rules are both parties agree, can legally enter a contract and equitable exchange of goods, services or consideration (contract'ese for currency). 

In today's lawsuit-trigger-happy society, asset protection is actually a small price to pay as opposed to having my company dissolved or ripped out from under neath me.  

Progressive taxes coupled with policies that actively support the middle class (healthcare, education, infrastructure etc)  is what creates a stable society.
