Its death by papercuts lol.I've got 2 houses that maintain 25 degree splits without any conditioning, BUT they rely on night temps to affect heat saturation. 100 degree nights in AZ would still need more conditioning.To note; mini splits certainly do have applications but there's distinctions.

And I am talking people who work in the government not skid row)...the oven is actual minor in terms of work for me in the process, as most tenants at least try to clean it, so I do the details, but it is very important in the turn around to get it clean..you can get a thermometer to check the temp, too.

The tenants we accepted continue to pay rent online through cozy.co .The tenants that we chose have been great so far, the only complaints really being the heat situation, since there is only one thermostat(I use a nest thermostat, which I can control max and min temps) bottom tenant likes it really hot, and upstairs not so much.

I figured its probably not a good idea to pay mortgage on a property so I was thinking I would find a temp career job that pays decently and save up enough money to buy a property at the set price.So when this day comes, do you think 1 property is enough to make a living?
