@Alex BallesterosI'm going to do the self-serving thing (like everyone else here on BiggerPockets) and tell you that if you don't meet your landlord face-to-face before you hand over the money, and s/he doesn't have picture ID in their wallet that looks exactly like them, don't rent from them.
