If 401k does not allow loans, you still may want to contribute so you are not putting all your eggs into the real estate investing basket.

I am ever vigilant that while presently I haven’t seen personal liability claims originating from child poisoning case but I anticipate once there is an enforced City of Toledo Ordinance, affected children are the low-hanging-fruit for litigation.
