You'd think you'd hear more noise out of turnkey players in Detroit here on BiggerPockets. 

I am targeting a class of renter no one else seems to be targeting, which is kind of making me the only game in town for this class of renter.And investors entirely overlook Ytown - all they see is some noise on the internet and they don't really know the area.

It's your job to filter through the noise to decide what is right for you and your situation. 

I actually really like what Rob puts out there and he is a good follow in a sea of a lot of noise. 

Zillow won't show you that the only thing separating a house from cashflow is an easy-to-remove, non-load-bearing wall...and Zillow also won't show you that the wall you want to remove is load-bearing, or that the noise from the street is way too loud for tenants--this stuff requires boots on the ground. 

Lastly, ignore the noise. 

And I say this knowing I would be targeted oh-so-much by those pumping BS that I so energetically rattle and call-out. 

The rich have way more treatment options, rich neighborhoods have more *SPACE* to insulate from noise and disturbances.

Sadly, that is just not the case and it is really, really hard for investors to cut through the noise and figure that out.

Again, as your position enables you to safely exit the subject to mortgage either by paying it off, or refinancing it and still being able to hold onto the deal.But, the fact that you are doing three at once, and looking for 97 more in short order is what rattles me.
