As I interpret your argument it is like saying “the holes in the boat don’t matter because we bail water”, or maybe “the hole in the gas tank won’t affect us on this trip because we will just add more gas”...Valid as in no surprise; hard asset (house) prices tend to go up when there is more and cheaper money in the economy.
