If I come out and make some drastic statement, it gets people reacting and commenting.

My construction bank who does all our loans got very nervous no one knew what was going to happen and I think most everyone is pretty shocked at how the market has reacted for many many different reasons.As long as there is free flowing capital like we are still seeing for investors and owners to buy I don't see a big change. 

I am a native Toledoan and real estate agent living and investing in Toledo since 2014. 

Speaking as a native Californian who has lived in Mississippi for twenty years, yes there are great opportunities here, but buying there can be very tricky if you don't know what you are doing.

You can't control how your tenant reacts though and you have to do what's best for you.Just like a with a bad employee, you need to know when to "terminate" or "fire" someone because otherwise you're enabling bad behavior.

To prove my point I will take my market here in Utah, this may not be the same for your market but I would be surprised if we are the only location reacting this way.Below is a graph from Q3 2019-Q3 2023.

Also, with AirBnB being a global company, it’s easy to find a market with a lot of volatility and see how it reacted.

As I am of 100% Greek descent and not a native of this city, I made the mistake of questioning her belief system.
