My construction bank who does all our loans got very nervous no one knew what was going to happen and I think most everyone is pretty shocked at how the market has reacted for many many different reasons.As long as there is free flowing capital like we are still seeing for investors and owners to buy I don't see a big change.

You can't control how your tenant reacts though and you have to do what's best for you.Just like a with a bad employee, you need to know when to "terminate" or "fire" someone because otherwise you're enabling bad behavior.
