At the sametime BP  posters/bloggers/OOS shillers were telling everyone how it was really dumb to invest there and they sometimes accompanied with some fake math to convince. 

I'm also reading/listening to books suggested by the guests (rich dad poor dad, abc's of real estate investing. etc.)I know this was a long post but I'm a blogger also and tend to be long winded!

More like war zones if you'd ask me.I haven't been able to find any of these bloggers/investors who have held their turnkey investment in so called "C class neighborhoods," for more than a year...

However, by the end of 2014, I was helping to organize a Real Estate meetup in Seoul with people I had met through BiggerPockets, had connected with @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner, and numerous other BP bloggers who came on as guest of our meetup, and had made my first real estate investment in Florida, a state I had never visited with partners I had met online.If you ask me how was able to do all that – the simple answer is hard work.But the hard work actually started in 2013, before I was even thinking about real estate.
