I require it but I don't mandate a company.

The PM company that I have is OK with me sending the contractors I know.

I am under contract for a property out in Columbus and they are one of the few property management companies I am considering going with! 

My holding company is in Dover Delaware,  I will be opening an LLC in Philadelphia pa as well.

That being said, I am considering making the switch to a new Property Management company.

Thinking of doing this as a “reset”, and then going forward in 2026, start doing some of the things (financially) I should have been doing.I want to max out Roth IRAs for my wife and I, contribute to 529s for the kids, and if there is excess money beyond that, go the brokerage route.
