Your best option is to rent a portal video/alarm system that allows for audio sirens and lights that strobe.

But with the right local or portfolio lender, it’s definitely possible.My advice: the YouTube video’s not wrong, but it’s only half the story — you just need the right lender and clean documentation.

Worst case get a double security deposit, a higher rent/guest/occupany fee, and make the SSN holder the sole applicant and the other adult as a guest.
