@Sasha Leans - I've not experienced this with them specifically, but I have run across other software / saas providers who employ this tactic.

There are two stages/options of showing assistance software:1) Scheduling: for any landlord with 20+ doors or a PMC will find trying to coordinate scheduling showings with prospects is a HUGE time-suck.

Buildium our property management software does not provide credit bureau reporting as service, despite request over many month from many of it's users. 

Which maintenance software do you use?

I've found it very easy to use and helping with keeping everything organized through their software.  

Are you using a software because your tax preparer told you to?

I googled, read one afternoon and invented my own chart of accounts that I have used for years, with subtle changes as needed.That's excellent that you have the knowledge and experience to create the software!

I’d love to hear what’s worked best for you, especially in balancing professionalism with tenant relationships.One thing I would highly recommend is using software (like Rentredi) that automatically charges late fees.
