This is my understanding as well  As I responded to @Ashish Acharya, I'd be interested in where you're reading the regs differently.BTW I acknowledge this will be crystal clear if we get another revision of the 168(k) regs for the OBBB that updates the example from the two earlier regs.Okay I think I did scramble the rules and describe the opportunity too broadly.

Although I am not currently pursuing one, as I understand they can be fairly pricey, I was wondering if anyone had any experience purchasing or selling a TIC and if so, did you use it to continue deferring your capital gains since, if done correctly, it is my understanding a TIC can be used with a 1031 exchange.

RADD continues to open new LLCs, which takes a while to get poor BBB reviews etc. thus getting them new investor money.Meanwhile investors in 1% Wentworth Golf course deal from RADD hasn't seen any distributions yet they start a new Omnico Golf LLC with a "Going Public" episode on X/Twitter.
