Every lawyer I've met with locally has said it's too complicated / outside their purview because it involves estate / elder / tenant / civil law issues simultaneously.

I'm in Longview at least every month btw visiting my elderly inlaws. 

Ironically it was about a cabin that I said looked like a serial killer estate--alas just an elderly hoarder with memory issues, but the actually danger/trust issue did not occur to me.

Just back visiting family & friends so Tysons works better as a hub when I have to ferry the elderly repeatedly to Vienna, etc.
