Columbus especially has some of the strongest macroeconomics in the Midwest: rapid population growth, strong job growth, and huge corporate investments (Intel’s $26B chip plant, Amazon, Google, Honda, Facebook, Microsoft, LG, Nationwide, Anduril, etc.).

The agent should keep you from face planting.  

One thing we've done and recommend (but few owners want to pay for) is to install cameras to monitor common areas.Inevitably, a tenant or two often abuse their common area privileges by leaving trash, shoes, plants, etc. in common areas and it's nice to know who to hold accountable.Regarding building checkups, it's great if cleaning & lawn help can be trained and motivated to alert the owner/PMC on issues.

Toyota announced their intention to build a large plant in Liberty, NC.

My initial sniff test (read: looking at website) plants the seeds of a little skepticism, but that is my nature anyway.  

Its basically the same stuff on deteriorating plants, grass, leaves, etc. and we breathe it every single day.

The macro picture here is on fire: population growth, job growth, and huge developments like the $26B Intel plant plus Amazon, Google, Facebook, Honda, Microsoft, LG, Nationwide, and more moving in.
