Prices are always a function of low supply and high demand.

It varies on Ibuyers but I typically seem them pay in the low 80%s.

There are many cases where a county, especially smaller counties, have value property very low.  

And if they’re low raise them.

You better not deny one tenant because of their low credit score and then accept another with a score below your standards.

We are with brokerage now but we are looking for one with a flat fee and very low monthly fee to hold our licenses.
