It was tucked away out of plain sight in a closet inside a small suitcase.

All rooms and garage are completely empty except for food in fridge and cleaning supplies in kitchen, and in living room some bags of stuff, boxes of stuff and a suitcase.

Unless they are living out of a suitcase there are costs associated with moving.  

It is actually in a decent area, close to Carrollwood, but it is also close enough to suit case city that the homeless can just walk to the property.
