The Federal government, under pressure from banking institutions, passed the St Germaine Act which over rode state laws that had banned the due on sale clauses.  

They will keep away mice and rats .there should be a pet fee for dogs along with a list of banned breeds 

Not only did the San Diego county board of supervisors ban evictions for non paying tenants, they banned evicting tenants for lease violations unless it was a health or safety concern.  

Personally I don’t think anyone should be banned unless they have been convicted of a crime that could harm people on this site.

This past April a bill in the Georgia legislature that would essentially put a ban on out of state landlords' self-managing their rental properties passed and is now effective as of July 1st.
