What next, a dog food? 

You can predict demographics, but I think immigration is a total wild card, could go either way depending on food production, heat and storms.

Serious enough to take food off the table in order to join community that will fast track them to wealth and riches.

It is like a loaded gun, it can used to target practice, it can be used to hunt for food or it can be used to rob people.  

I am not at the point where I pass up a flip that will generate a profit - it keeps my trades busy and food on their table and I know when the home run passes my desk, I will have the people I need to take it across the closing table.Sometimes hard and fast rules hold you back especially when the low hanging fruit is gone

Bloody oath I do mate.It's never their fault and always yours (Ours).They rarely take any responsibility and cry victim.It's crazy to think but it's like many intentionally look for drama and deep down inside don't want success but rather problems.Someone to dislike and blame and to feel wronged by.All other personal and "at home" issues can now be blamed on this one unfortunate scenario.This "drama" per se is like food for the hungry and they need such drama in life to "survive".My apologies if my above comments sound weird as they are more so from a philosophical standpoint and just some thoughts that I have considered after 5,000+ investor intro calls and as you have mentioned, others feeling wronged by me or my company on many occasions.What a $#@% way to live IMO but I don't judge and sleep in peace.Again, I have been "wronged" by many but consider it my own fault.I also don't call them out publicly or post bad reviews, etc... 

It’s fun in a new country learning the way things are, the food and plants and especially the artistry.  

We own a 2.27 acre. open lot currently own the small Ice cream shop (permanent parked food truck) We are looking for starting points on building a multi use strip mall style on bottom and apartments on the second floor with rear separate entry.

Stay out of neighborhoods that are more transitional where the LTR numbers make more sense like Linden, because they are food deserts and might scare off out-of-town workers who just want a comfortable, safe place to sleep and quick access to their job or the freeway.

Between lovely countryside and stunning coastline, great food and super friendly people I love this place!
