If the city can outline a good zoning plan, it would stop the "Gold Rush" effect of half assed living standards.I recommend working with an architect that is passionate about creating efficient living spaces (Parking Included) that can fit a 2-3 unit property on .25-.5 acres and start stamping out some higher quality new construction INSIDE the city.

After inspections on an as-is sale, we still managed to get the flooring demo'd out of the property which was the final bit of demo needed as the property was practically a shell.This property already had stamped plans set up for 10 2-bed units and 2 1-bed units, to create a server/storage room on site.
