My 2cents...make sure you get a woman that's on the same page as you to cut out any issues in your relationship.

I am a woman in construction for most of my life now and I still get the "good 'ol boy" syndrome from time to time. 

I’m a woman with two C class properties .. ones probably a C- ish.

And yeah I had no interest in going around the law in any way Like Bob Marley used to sing: "No woman, no cry."

and once a realtor gets a sellers listing into mls very little differentiates one listing from another. understandably every licensed profession tries to protect its turf. doctors lawyers realtors etc. and this Pam woman what does she charge for pm services? 

I have no loyalty to insurance man (or woman in my case).Hope this helps.

It changed some because of the world, but I can happily say I am married to the woman of my dreams.I think I learned a lot of each of these and maybe even more from the ones I did not get done.
