I prefer them to pay on the first and it is annoying that they don't but some tenants don't see it as late until there is a penalty.

I've had nagging tenants that annoyed me in the past.

It is more work, and the pressure of 5 star reviews is annoying.

I definitely outsource the annoying things in life.. house cleaning, taxes, property management, etc
