Automobile Underwriters, Inc. v.

Over the last few years the inflationary spiral makes it look like an automobile or manufactured home is appreciating, they are not.

And to be fair i think it works in the low value asset world as these properties basically were trading at the values of automobiles..

After I bought a house, and furniture for that house, I'd buy a K-car, a nice Reliant automobile.

Fee increases on utilities, cell phones, public transportation, automobiles and other items2. 

And then there's the potential periodic "changing of the guard" automobiles on Google, etc. maps photos...) then contacting these people via: phone, voicemail, text and mail (AND following- up at least five times) vs. driving around, door knocking, or expecting accurate (and up to date) info, from say USPS... or third parties, using the same limited data!

We see this on BP when the talk of automobiles comes up.. you have the guy with 5 rentals and driving a beat up 200k mile Toyota and damn proud of it.. :)  And then others talking about the Hot sports car they want to buy..

I have bought 2 previously and understand that contents are mine to keep or dispose.My question is that this particular home has a fairly new automobile in the garage.

Of all the MASSIVE advents of the 20th century; rockets, jet engine, harnessing nuclear energy, hell harnessing energy and electricity itself, automobiles, REFRIGERATION!

What gave me a real headache one time is when a tenant left a non-working automobile.
