It actually gets quite annoying at times, but it does at least let me know that demand in that area never really abates from a fever pitch even during the downturns.Just as background I lived in Springboro starting in 88 and bought my first property based upon a work colleague who recommended the area because it was one of the fastest growing spots in the state, and had been on and off for a few years even at that time.
