We are both physicians and relatively intelligent humanoids, but without knowing what you don't know, it seems a difficult task. 

It’s a small dent compared to the effect of prolonged artificially low interest rates, and the hollowing out of American middle class jobs.  

If the buyer that purchased your condo purchased it as an RE investment I question his intelligence.  

(B) Methodical, strategic, intelligent forethought of actions.

This is actually obvious since our knowledge resides at home.b) We lose sight of the fact that investing in our home market, whether the US or Canada , is much riskier than we think as prices have been inflated by 15 years of artificial cheap money printing from the central banks, which probably won't be repeated ever again.

Again, this deployed strategy is very methodical, we know the "glass ceiling" and everything is intelligently designed to fit into the "affordability zone".     

Even without this cultural component, many intelligent and head strong off spring do take that baton and turn it into something incredible.

You can make it sound as big as you want you still need to provide cogent argument and answer intelligently and clearly.
