I would stick to one market unless your changing assets all together but if its just more of the same I think its best to be concentrated.. that way you only have to fly to one place and deal with one PM.hehe, thanks JayGood point.You know me long enough now so you can appreciate the fact that I always like talking myself out of business lolWe need to catch up soon

In March, I accepted a job offer as a Senior Analyst and Accountant in Phoenix, AZ, where I now work a normal 8-5 and can concentrate on studying real estate investing in my spare time.My long-term goal with real estate investing is to acquire buy and hold rentals that generate enough monthly income for me to be financially free.

I buy at a great price, concentrate on repairs that are first, regulatory (fire, electrical code), second, raise the rents to market max, and lastly,  just makes it prettier (landscaping, fencing, paving).
