I would recommend focusing on housing programs where the tenant has a counselor or mentor of some sort, because they often do inspections of the unit to make sure they are following the rules of the program, and are another resource to resolve issues that come up.We don't participate in Section 8, but were looking at the vets program, and do participate in the local safety net non-profit.

solar city is an evil company my mom got sucked into the solar trap as i call it and two years yea the bill was great she was saving about 85 a month but after that 2 year mark hit boom all of a sudden rates went up and she wasn't (putting credits back on the grid ) as they say so my mom put all of her lights on timers for at night and installed a system that she could shut lights off from her phone thew following month it went up again and she hasn't reached anyone to fix the problem in weeks they said it was an error in the line what ever that means. also just a thought solar panels hurt firefighting efforts if there ever is a fire in your house ( from a fireman if u can't tell )

My mentors have advised me to either, take out the the washer/dryer hook-ups (cap off) or put in coin-op laundry, protections against countless liability reasons, i.e. laundry business etc...So, after the applicant, now tenant, signed the lease agreement and the supplemental renters addendum, which clearly states in section 'J' subsection '1', "no personal laundry units shall be installed and or otherwise used by any tenant at any time{....}, landlord reserves the right to discontinue laundry access at anytime for any reason."
