Keeping the 4 factors mentioned above in mind, my client's property attracted many showings as well as online viewers.

so this guy is banking on people watching his vids so IMO will use dramatic language to help pull in viewers :) 

It's amazing to me how many "really interested" viewers of the property will never actually fill out an application once I tell them of the screening process, which includes criminal, background, and eviction checks with the fee paid for by them.

Yet Fox News viewers claim the other news sources are the “fake” news.  

Really appreciated you taking the energy and effort to compile all the podcasts into an very neat and viewer friendly presentation!  

I bid on another property this friday but the seller said they wanted to wait before responding since they expect weekend viewers.

Most realtors don't expect a viewer to inspect chimney flues, aerated septic water pumps, attics and etc.  

I respect that real estate professionals and bankers will be the last on the planet to believe that a fax machine provides more security than the worlds best encryption (even though routinely there documents are sent to wrong numbers by human error) but why in 2020 are we pushing people off a mobile app onto a web viewer to read stuff?

It’s meant to attract viewers for their own marketing business and affiliate programs not to be genuinely helpful.
