Probably keeping my Iowa properties, but packing my bags and moving to Florida in 2023.

It very well could be a much better play, it's just not my cup of tea. 

I didn't want someone realizing I lived there and key my truck or leave flaming bags at the door.

They might end up having to push back the "drop dead" dates on this regulation simply because they don't have enough inspectors.I know all of this is a mixed bag of news, but hopefully, you find something good in here.

Put them in your bag and lean on them early and often.

Not only you want your cake and eat it too, you also want coffee or tea to go with it.
