Appreciate the honesty.

I was a bit like you when I started, then I realized the fact I do not like crowds and am introverted was causing me not to realize my dreams and goals....To be honest I was afraid of rejection and being mistreated....I found what helped me was creating an alter ego (to an extent) and simply believing in my purpose...The fear of rejection was once polarizing to me but as I became more grounded in my knowledge of real-estate, I found my confidence grew...Reaching out on this platform is a great start... 

To be honest, I saw some of the text on their site and the English felt a bit broken.

I have been using tenant cloud, saw it advertised on here and to be honest I love it.

I find, negotiate and handle financing on my deals then turn them over to a property manager.( I still have my full time job)If I'm being honest I don't feel like a realestate investor yet and I'm just waiting for someone to find out that I have just been faking it tell I make it.

I think making sure the sponsor is moral, ethical and honest is very important, but you also want to be sure they are operating a business properly and not just winging it.

In all honesty I only expected 1-2 people to even comment, and now I have an understanding of what everyone wants if they are to invest or even just to try to understand.

To be honest, I met someone today who bought a house around edmonson and turns out house has been doing pretty good even though area is questionable.Although, this house is in a new community, it was still interesting to hear the data with nurses.
