If so, I believe that IF you’re earning BIG BUCKS it’s probably from the SALE OF THE SYSTEM TO WHOLESALER WANNA BES, and not from wholesaling activity per se. it seems to me that someone who GETS RICH wholesaling would need a somewhat substantial organization to accomplish this.

But frankly I am not sure landlords per se have ever been that popular..  

Now, for a beginner, my classic approach is to house hack because you get some hands-on experience with most facets of real estate investing without fully jumping in per se.

There are good investment opportunities in SE DC, too.

Not being a jerk my man, but if I recently came into  a lot of money, but didn't want folks to know a lot of the details per se....I probably wouldn't go onto a social media website with my picture, first name, last name and city I live in and say that "I just came into a lot of money".
