My question to the Forum members is; Who is the Go To, Investor Friendly Title Company that can handle deals throughout SE Michigan?

Hello all,I am a real estate agent in SE Michigan, and a client of mine decided that she wants to buy a SFR property for her daughter while she is going to school at MSU, while also renting out the remaining rooms as income. 

Of course, things like this are better fixed with neighborly friendliness rather than lawyers, who get expensive and combative quickly (not the lawyers per-se, but the neighbors when they get legal letters).

Can anyone recommend an investor friendly title company in se Michigan, near Ann arbor and Detroit.

@Andrew Smith I personally do not like to purchase lists per se.

I know a few in the area if you'd like a recommendation It's not a bad advice per se - it's a realtor's view of financial matters.
