It’s a little surprising to me since sales volumes are down over the past couple years because more people are choosing/having to rent and we don’t have a large supply of new homes being built in this part of north Gilbert.

Search for past sales on zillow, redfin, realtor.com, etc.

I am not fully accustomed to all of the loans, taxes, etc. that will go into the structure, but I have wholesaled in the past & no stranger to investing in real estate.
