I came across a distressed property in my area and did some research on the property appraiser’s website.

The website is the only way to access baselane, there is not app to use. 

The caveat being these types of brokerages off little-to-no support for their agents (regardless of what their website says). 

No direct booking website.

A surprising number of websites on the first page are wholesalers.
