I personally don't know of their group but figured id link that article since i remember reading it and the name clicked. 

I've checked out the website for a few days and just now clicked on "Get Started"   I gave them my budget and VA eligibility and location. 

It will be eye opening and walk you through a lot of what you are ruminating on.

When it comes to the subject, I understand the bare-bones of the wholesaling process, but I was needing some insight.I would love to understand more on how to get a buyers list together.
