I will probably lose a really good investment property right now with them because of the above issues, and they really don't care about their customers, it just a numbers game to them.

I now take it as a sign that the software and service quality themselves won't motivate me to renew on a monthly basis, so they must trap customers with annual payments and auto-renewing contracts to keep business.
