I'm looking for my first deal and am wondering what is the best way to set myself up for funding.

Now I'm wondering if this quitclaimed deed can prevent either one of those from happening.

I'm in Colorado and the market here is just crazy so wondering if I should look out of state also?

Not like SUPER famous, but enough that a newspaper might do a background check on my real estate holdings.I own real estate for a living, so I was wondering what they could look up on me.
