It's kind of a bit grey.

Is it a market that actually rewards great design and your goal is to push rents higher by not doing the standard formulaic grey walls and whitewashed LVP? 

I can see doing this for kids or close relatives but strangers.. dont think so.. to me its just another one of those totally grey areas  that maybe legal but ethics come into play.. artificially raising someones credit ?? 

However, I've taken the time to make sure there are enough appropriately amperaged circuits to suit the needs of the size of the space.
