Buy quality over quantity - NA Challenges Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Most investors I work with enter new markets by buying in large quantities.

Once you are satisfied with the quantity of assets it is not hard to create your own management systems with VA,s and a part time person or two once it is financially viable.   

My approach emphasizes clean lines, natural elements, and a harmonious blend of form and function.I'm currently building up my portfolio and am seeking opportunities to collaborate on residential and boutique commercial projects.

Imagine the $hit posts that would result.I question the benefit of getting points for using the calculator.I think the points should reward quality and not quantity. 

Not just quantity saturation, but quality saturation (the houses are gettting bigger and better, pushing formerly top-end houses down the list into appearing more mediocre by comparison)This is my property: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/52612233Three years ago I would have said it was a 99th percentile property. 

The variety and quantity of tenants that needs these spaces far exceeds any retail or restaurant demand.  

Scale is in form of quality equity not nonsense quantity. 

Does anyone have a good consistent pipeline on large quantity foreclosures at cost in either Texas, Florida, or Georgia?

I focus on quality not quantity.
