Losing value wouldn’t really matter unless you needed to sell your VR during a recession.

My main concern has always been the extra expenses attached to a VR in Hawaii.

These are not VR's, they are STR's for travelling workers.

Amit is right, it is best to be somewhat present with a VR, but my wife has several clients that have never even seen their cabin or even been to the area and they do just fine.

Providing internet may not only have the police knocking on your door to see who is hacking into the pentagon computer or downloading child porn, but it WILL also get you a bunch of unnecessary maintenance calls and maybe even that legendary 3 am emergency call from an obviously stoned college student.

How would you feel if the tenants were prostitutes, drug dealers, porn stars, and gang enforcers that couldn't afford housing?
