Since I had immediate bookings, it also let me gain a bunch of 5 star reviews quickly on the platforms.  

Although, bad contractors have served me well because they make me look like an All star for being simply average.  

@Brian Ellis the good news is that you have found the support of BiggerPockets to be your RE Sherpa in your new journey. 19 years ago when we started our trek, we had nothing to go on but a pipe dream.

It will take some time but you will eventually find a rock star agent. they are just harder for newbies to find because they aren't advertising themselves very hard.

The highest rated AMCs are the ones that work for divorce courts, probate, insurance, bk courts, consumers directly, etc. 6.5 out of 5 stars.
