We have plans to renovate the historic barn on the property to use as a wedding venue.

Potential from microbrewery, to a wedding venue, piano bar, even a top of the line haunted house.

He sued me repeatedly....didn't go anywhere but still had to deal with it and him.We just had a room go empty on shared housing project....old tenant left on a wed and new tenant rented sight unseen except for video and moved in friday.  

Year 1 cashflow around $50k range, year 2 around $80k with some definite upside potential if we can get weddings, retreats, and the like excited about the place.   

So paying less that $200 a month for "rent" in NYC is still pretty great :-)Plus this leaves the rest of our W2 income to save for our wedding, school, and the down payment on the next house hack (which we will close on together, this first one I closed on by myself).

I work in Logistics for Pepsi.Also I do wedding and event photography.

The next education focused meetup is Wed Sept 21.

They live together now and their wedding is in 3 months. 

It meets the second Weds of the month, which means there should be a meeting on January 8th.
