Most investors get confused with Accounting for the books and Accounting for the Tax.For instance, I deal with the books (A/R, A/P, Closing Entries, and the likes) and I work closely with the Outside Accountant (usually CPA/tax accountants and sometimes Auditors).

If all you want is ra ra its all good then I guess that's your purgative.. but there is some pretty experienced folks on this site and its just about trying to be fair and balanced.. not be like the gurus who espouse many methods of RE that are no longer tolerated relevant or legal.
