is that about it. if that is indeed the case nice work... and of course you have decent enough income and credit to refi obviously.. we are seeing people now have refi issues.. they don't check the refi market before they launch and get caught short handed IE not enough money comes out of the refi to pay off the debt.. so in these instances to payoff all debt you have to probably be in these properties all in purchase price rehab for about 65% ARV.. ( which is pretty tough in most markets).. then do a rate and term refi for 75%  take closing costs out of the 75% is that about right ??

It will be a long shot, but you and about 100 others, might want to launch a class suite complaint vs that company, if they have all the paperwork, that is the only thing that I could think of that will work.
