I haven't seen that catch on in a meaningful or formal way here but with housing and rent prices what they are, I suspect it's happening more and more in an organic way. 

I personally think way too many people live in Orlando and the traffic and congestion is insane.

Some people organize through Bigger Pockets, and you will meet all kinds of people - RE agents, property managers, flippers, attorneys, lenders, etc.

That seems like it should carry some weight, along with knowing the the traffic patterns of the booking cycle etc. 

Also, for some organic lead gen to your website, try setting up some strategic content creation, like a blog loaded with all the keywords Google wants to see. 

When you are a small organization you usually don't have anything worth taking.

But open to whatever format/content/etc you're picturing it taking..2 ideas on the forefront of my mind:- Organizing a volunteer network of people in the real estate industry and explore what we can accomplish- Creating a more customized rental comp service @Adam Hofmann , @Kyle Zaylor , hope to see you there also!
