As a side benefit, whoever pays for water heating will also save money there as less water will need to be heated.Hey, while you're at it- make sure you have LEDs instead of incandescent or compact fluorescent bulbs in the common areas.

This led me to a complete remodel of the kitchen (wasn't a part of the original plan when I thought about holding as a rental) which turned out to be a good thing as the old cabinets were much worse than I thought they were originally.

And because I don’t think that a lot of the education programs are a scam, and the one that I did was very helpful to my personal and business growth, I stand up for them and I welcome the angry mob that ensues and I pick them off one by one.Correcting misinformation is now one of the things I do in the forums frequently in order to help the newer investors who are being led astray by the almost new investors whose mouths are much bigger than their experience.
