It's less than an hour to DC, 2 hours to Philly, 3 Hours to NYC, gorgeous piers and water views, one of the best hospitals in the entire country, low cost of RE (you can get a completely remodeled row home in Fed Hill with quartz, hardwood floors and a roof top deck with city and water views for $250k-$350k.

This year we included some goals/plans for our primary residence (turn basement into apartment, rebuild decks, design and build front porch), some personal goals (establish and maintain a healthy eating plan, go to the gym at least twice per week, read and discuss 6 books, one book is to be chosen by our partner), and business goals (find an accountant, analyze present loans and refinance if it makes sense, add 20 doors to our portfolio).

Denial ain't just a river in Egypt" exactly Jim.. model would never work then will never work in the future.. this is all hands on deck investing.. and not at all appropriate for the busy professional looking for their financial freedom number.. what a joke that say is anyway in my mind.. in the context of low end rentals.. its simply a business with your inventory being houses and your revenue being rent..
